Safran Defense & Space, Inc. offers extended warranty and field support to include but not limited to 24 hour, seven (7) days per week hot line support from a qualified Safran field engineer or technician, on-site preventive maintenance, bi-annual operating systems security patching, equipment and laboratory test set up, as well as corrective maintenance on site or at our facility. Safran Defense & Space, Inc. ensures immediate support is available through prepositioning of personnel and equipment to support multiple and geographically dispersed customers.

Safran Defense & Space, Inc. places strong value on both internal and external training initiatives. Delivered in the form of engaging webinars, these sessions are led by Safran experts and cover a wide range of topics—from IRIG 106 and antenna fundamentals to aircraft information systems and beyond. These training opportunities are also featured at customer events and industry conferences, such as the International Telemetering Conference.
